To establish a tax-exempt account, send us the documentation listed in #1, 2, or 3 below, depending on which applies to your organization’s tax-exempt status:

 

• 1. A State of Connecticut CERT-119 and an IRS Letter of Determination
• 2. A State of Connecticut CERT-134
• 3. A State of Connecticut Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate

After we receive your documentation, we will e-mail you a link to a page containing our tax-exempt application. Please allow up to seven (7) days to receive it.

 

Note: We may periodically request updated documentation validating your organization’s continued tax-exempt status.
