Order Fulfillment Timetable
Merchandise will usually be shipped the next business day after your order is processed successfully. This also applies to DHL Next Day Afternoon, DHL Second Day, and USPS Express Mail, so you should allow the extra day for delivery. Also, keep in mind that DHL does not make deliveries on weekends, USPS Express Mail deliveries are only made to residences on weekends, and neither carrier delivers on holidays. Thus, you may have to allow additional time.
Payment Methods
We accept credit card payments only, which can
be made with any of the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change
at any time and without prior notice.
Sales Tax
The State of Connecticut requires us to add 6% sales
tax on orders shipped to Connecticut addresses, even if those
orders are placed with credit cards having billing addresses
outside of Connecticut. The tax is based on the total charge
for the book(s) you order plus the shipping/handling charge.
To Cancel an Order You Have Not Yet Received
If you have placed
an order, but wish to cancel it before you have received it (orders
are filled immediately upon receipt), you may refuse to accept
the package. After we receive the returned merchandise, we will
issue a refund for the total price of the merchandise plus, if applicable, Connecticut sales tax. No refunds will be given for shipping/handling charges.
We will issue a credit to the same credit card account used
to place the order. If the credit card account you used to make
your purchase is no longer valid, you must inform us of this
by the date we receive the returned merchandise.
Please allow up to twenty-one (21) days from the date we receive
the returned merchandise for the credit to be reflected on your
account.
To Return Merchandise You Have Already Received
We will gladly
accept any returned books that meet all of the following three
criteria:
- The packing slip (original or copy) is included with the merchandise
you wish to return.
- The merchandise is received at the eFulfillment Service address
on the packing slip within thirty (30) days of the ship date
printed on the packing slip.
- The merchandise is in its original condition, the determination of which will be made solely by eFulfillment Service.
If the merchandise you return meets all three of the preceding
criteria, a credit will be issued to the same credit card account
used to place the order. If the credit card account you used
to make your purchase is no longer valid, you must inform us
of this by the date we receive the returned merchandise. Please
allow up to twenty-one (21) days from the date the merchandise
is received by eFulfillment Service for the credit to be reflected
on your account. The credit will be for the purchase price of
the merchandise plus, if applicable, Connecticut sales tax. We do
not refund shipping/handling charges. You are responsible
for the cost of shipping the merchandise you wish to return back
to us. Any fees charged by the carrier for return postage and/or by the country to which the order was shipped will be deducted. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
If the merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria,
you will receive an e-mail notification and explanation within
fourteen (14) days of eFulfillment Service’s receipt of
the merchandise.
International Orders
The shipment of merchandise to an address
outside the United States or a U.S. territory is an international
order. Shipments to international addresses may entail customs
and import duties, the payment of which is the recipient’s
responsibility. If you wish to ascertain such costs prior to
placing an order, contact the customs office in the country to
which the merchandise will be shipped
International shipments may entail delays associated with the
customs and/or importation processes, as well as with the delivery
practices of local postal authorities.
